Резинки пришли в отличном состоянии и они достаточно плотные. Сравнить мне особо не с чем, но разница в жёсткости чувствуется здорово. После занятий с ними знатно болят ноги. Прокачивают на ура! И это только самая легкая резинка (розовая). С чёрной заниматься для моего уровня почти невозможно. Пользоваться ими просто, а эффективность очень ощутимая. Изобретать ничего не надо - есть обучающие видео в сети, спорт. блогеры, которые делятся опытом. Длина розовой резинки 75см, ширина 8см. Очень удобно то, что обратная часть резинки прорезинена. Я занимаюсь в шортах и в леггинсах, они не спадают, не раздражают кожу, отлично держатся. В комплект входил мешочек для хранения, он выполнен из черного сетчатого материала. Рекомендую Фитнес резинки как новичку, так и профессионалу.

Всё пришло быстро, состояние отличное, только один минус, надпись на розовой резинке неправильно пришита(но это вообще пустяк), качество резины хорошее соответствует описанию, осталось только проверить срок её годности, но я уверен он будет дольше чем у обычных резин.

хорошие резинки. но тугие, я как новичок не знаю, смогу ли я заниматься даже с легкой резинкой а так они широкие и с обратной стороны имеют прошивку, которая не позволит скользить по ноге.
